Fatal crash on Great Eastern Highway

One person has died and another person has been taken to hospital after a fatal crash on Great Eastern Highway east of Meckering and west of Cunderdin this morning.

The crash occurred just before 7am near Hopkins Road.

Emergency service crews were sent to the scene.

Great Eastern Highway was closed however has been re-opened under a single lane format.
