Premier Daniel Andrews Confirms Monash Freeway Widening Project

The Monash Freeway-widening project has been given the green light by the State and Federal governments.

Premier Daniel Andrews joined The Hot Breakfast this morning to confirm the deal struck between the State and Federal governments that will add a further $365.1 million to the second stage of the Monash Freeway upgrade.

The Monash Freeway (and Princes Freeway) will upgrade from eight to 10 lanes between Springvale Rd and EastLink, and extend from four to six lanes in each direction, between Cardinia Rd at Pakenham and Clyde Rd, Berwick.
